Education, Training and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Health Leadership or equivalent experience.
  • IT Service/project management qualification (e.g., ITIL, MSCE, MSC, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile) or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of Continuous Personal Development.
Experience and Knowledge
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale programmes delivering digital change in public and private sectors.
  • Deep experience in healthcare and public sector technology.
  • Significant experience in strategic financial management and large capital projects.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex programme, technical, and commercial issues.
  • Skilled in report writing, business planning, and developing strategies and policies.
  • Experience in incident management and service restoration.
  • Knowledge of change management tools and techniques.
  • Deep understanding of complex programme management.
  • Experience in business and value process mapping.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Experience in strategic planning and project development for value outcomes.
Desirable criteria
  • Experience with large EPR programmes.
