Qualifications

• Experience delivering environmental performance across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Proven ISO 14001 implementation and audit experience.
• Hands-on carbon accounting including Scope 1-3 emissions.
• Ability to translate environmental data into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental strategy, governance and ISO 14001 across sites.
• Own regulatory relationships with agencies and auditors.
• Develop carbon reporting and decarbonisation roadmaps.
• Drive energy, waste, water and resource efficiency improvements.
• Lead ESG reporting and KPI-driven performance analysis.
