About The Role

Would you like to join the largest health and fitness operator in Europe? At David Lloyd, we help our members live better lives with a focus on physical and mental wellbeing and a sense of belonging.

We are looking for CYCLONE instructors. CYCLONE is one of David Lloyd's signature products where entertainment meets training! It features live data in an interactive group display system and post-ride metrics, allowing riders to work at their personal optimal training level in a group setting. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to pro racers, with a focus on measurable results and engaging, music-driven workouts.

Our instructors use innovative software to create engaging classes that are musically mapped and power planned. We expect classes to be safe, well attended, professionally taught, and memorable for members.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Hold a current Level 2 CIMSPA or equivalent outdoor cycling qualification.
• Confident in designing creative terrain and motivating participants with bespoke playlists.
• Stay current with your qualifications.
• Operate safe classes at all times.
• Effective communication skills to build rapport and motivate.
• Ability to adapt classes for diverse ages and abilities.
• Reliable, friendly, professional, and punctual.
• Creative in keeping classes fresh, fun, and energetic.
