Job summary

Nexos Group is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead cyber security strategy across IT, OT, cloud and product teams. You will drive governance, assurance and security architecture to protect our digital and industrial assets.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to embed security into development, operations and supplier management, delivering risk-based policies, metrics and incident response capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant governance, assurance or leadership experience in cyber security.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or an equivalent ISMS.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture.
• Experience securing cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continual improvement of the Group cyber security approach.
• Define and maintain cyber security policies, standards and governance.
• Oversee risk management, audits and remediation across IT/OT.
• Embed security into software development and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate security audits and supplier due diligence.
• Develop metrics and reporting for senior leadership.
