An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a strategic and commercially astute risk leader to join a global insurance group in a Group Chief Risk Officer position.Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a high-impact leadership role overseeing the full spectrum of enterprise and investment risk, capital and solvency frameworks, and regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions.You'll lead a senior team spanning risk, compliance, ALM and credit functions, and work closely with the board and regulatory bodies, including responsibility for key frameworks.The successful candidate will bring:Proven experience in senior risk leadership within the insurance sectorStrong technical understanding across Life and Annuities (P&C experience is also welcome)Board-facing capability and comfort navigating complex, cross-border structuresExposure to Bermuda regulations (preferred)This is a rare opportunity to shape group-wide risk strategy at the highest level, within a dynamic and internationally active business.
