About the role…

As Group CRMExecutive you will support the day-to-day execution of Harvey Nichols' CRM communications strategy, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through email and push communications are delivered in a timely and effective manner. As Group CRMExecutive you will:

  • Utilise insights and creative thinking to test and continually optimise customer experiences via all CRM channels.
  • Identifying new opportunities for automated CRM programmes: sourcing and integrating the required data, briefing in the creative requirements, and working together with the Group CRM Manager to get dynamic and measurable programs live.
  • Supporting the Group CRM Assistant in planning, creating and executing the BAU weekly and monthly CRM campaigns.
  • Manage complex campaign delivery through team prioritisation and resource planning
  • Develop working practices and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvement to email and push t to increase performance and gain production and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyse and identify opportunities for increasing revenue using web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics, to improve KPIs such as open & click rates, conversion, bounce rate & page views and provide monthly and quarterly reports on all CRM activity.
  • Work with the Group CRM Manager to deep dive into past campaigns and key trading moments to understand the CRM performance of each piece of activity and based on this, make recommendations as to how to build on the results for the next iteration
  • Assisting with wider CRM initiatives delegated by the CRM Manager

If you have a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you. Do you also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Business or related (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in CRM, either client side or agency.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is essential
  • Experience of CRM channels across mobile app, web, email, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience of planning, building and executing testing programs
  • Experience developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of the technical elements of CRM.
  • Understanding of Taxi for Email (preferred).
  • A strong analytics background using Google Analytics in desired
  • Luxury and/or retail experience desired.
