Responsibilities
  • Build excellent relationship with our Clients
  • Manage your own inquiries in a value of up to £1M
  • Deliver exceptional site visits for our Clients
  • Convert business as per your sales targets
  • Manage contract terms & clauses
  • Manage HWS/SSSO relationships
  • Manage handover process of your events from sales to planning
  • Update data in various platforms (Delphi, Cvent, etc)
  • Attend the daily huddle and other weekly/Monthly meetings
  • Contribute to the exceptional culture in the wider commercial team
Qualifications
  • Your current position is Sales Manager / Senior Executive or similar level
  • You have 2 years’ experience with events (preferred in a branded hotel environment)
  • Evidence that you can convert business and achieve sales targets
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Delphi knowledge is recommended
