• Strong project management skills, capable of completing tasks and delivering on time.
• An effective communicator with a technical mindset, able to convey messages simply to diverse audiences including shareholders.
• A detail-oriented individual with a questioning mindset to identify and strengthen processes.
• A structured approach to workload management, capable of handling multiple streams of work and improvements, and distributing tasks effectively within the team.
• Willingness to engage hands-on with tools and systems to simplify processes, enhance compliance, and facilitate reporting.
• An influential leader within Finance and beyond, driving change and promoting compliance.
