Location: Flexible with a hybrid working arrangement (home and office). You will be required to travel to MCS Group office locations in Norwich and Daresbury (North West), as well as travel across the UK as necessary for business including London.

The opportunity:
The role of Group Communications and Marketing Director is a new position for the MCS Group. Working across The MCS Foundation and the MCS Service Company as a “Group” function, you will establish, integrate and run a single communications and marketing department, bringing together the two current teams to deliver the communications functions for both organisations.
The dynamic communications team at MCS Group plays a vital role in the success of both The MCS Foundation and MCS Service Company. They manage public and media relations, organise impactful industry, stakeholder, and internal events, and oversee the group’s digital presence. By developing and executing strategic communication plans, they strengthen brand presence and messaging. At the heart of MCS Group, they craft compelling content that leverages the organisation's rich data to tell engaging stories that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
