We are now recruiting a Group Clinical Lead - Consultant Psychologist on a Fixed Term basis to provide strategic clinical leadership across our services, shaping innovation and delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to influence psychological practice, enhance clinical governance, and develop future-focused mental health services. What to expect in the role Lead Inspire's clinical strategy across diverse service areas Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team Shape robust governance, risk and compliance frameworks Deliver a small caseload of assessments and therapeutic input Provide expert advice across teams and external stakeholders Champion safe, evidence-based and trauma-informed practices What we're looking for ?
