  • Develop and maintain a clear, transparent view of IT risks across the organisation, and implement effective mitigation strategies as a core element of technology governance
  • Leading an IT team of 8 professionals across 3 offices, supporting the technology needs of Scott Logic, Logical Holding and Marra.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Proven track record as CIO or held responsibility as an IT leader in a technology organisation or professional services environment
  • Demonstrable success delivering enterprise‑wide IT strategy, improvement or transformation programmes
  • Data Expertise Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps and cloud‑native architectures
  • Board‑level communication skills with experience influencing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Fluent understanding of UK data protection, cyber standards and financial regulations
  • Willingness to travel to other offices as required

What you’ll get in return is:

  • 25 days’ annual leave, rising incrementally to 30 days after six years of service.
  • Generous family leave policies.
  • Access to an employer pension scheme, private medical services and Group Life Assurance.
