Finatal is currently working with an international services business seeking their next CFO after a recent PE transaction.

The business has approximately £100m revenue and £20m EBITDA, aiming to scale organically over the next three years toward exit.

Headquartered in the UK with global operations, delivering products and services to mainly blue-chip clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a PE/leveraged environment, in a professional services or people-led setting, and have successfully completed at least one sale to private equity or trade.

The CFO will partner with a top-tier CEO with multiple PE exits and will focus on value creation, working closely with the senior leadership team and private equity partners.
