Places Leisure is seeking a Group Workout Instructor to lead dynamic group sessions in a lively environment. You will motivate participants, deliver engaging workouts, and ensure safety and inclusivity for all abilities. We support ongoing learning and development.

With your experience in fitness and group training, you’ll help clients achieve their goals while contributing to a fun, team-oriented culture at our facilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified to deliver the Group Workout Programme
• Willing to pursue the required qualification with employer support
• Experience in fitness industry, personal and group training preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver group workouts to large and small classes
• Inspire participants and motivate them to achieve aims safely
• Build personable relationships with customers
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety; follow regulations
• Support ongoing personal development and stay updated with trends
