Role Summary:

Business Partnering role supporting the COO and the MDs to optimise all revenue driving activities (Marketing to Enquiry Management through to Occupancy) and all People related costs (Recruitment, Rota management/ladders, Staffing). This role is intended to be insight creating and action orientated to enable improved performance across the Group.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work in partnership with MDs to identify action plans to improve performance
  • Proactively identify upcoming risks to commercial outcomes and/or service quality through analysis of marketing, occupancy and staffing metrics
  • Leverage all available resources to join the dots across performance metrics and present data driven insights to decision makers. Become a leader in the use of best in class data and insight preparation, including AI, through strong partnership with the CoolCare technical team, and 3rd parties where relevant

Revenue driving

Analyse & interrogate commercial performance metrics across the following to drive improvements to revenues and revenue pipelines:

  • Marketing, customer database and enquiry management
  • Support Fee optimisation by interrogating fee variances vs occupancy rate and creating and measuring business cases and fee related trials or incentive periods

Working closely with corporate finance team to assess revenue forecasts against original assumptions and banking covenants.

People cost optimisation

Analyse & interrogate performance metrics across the following to drive improvement:

  • Absence & Vacancies. Turnover metrics
  • Recruitment throughput and cost to serve

Qualifications & experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret data and identify trends and experience of Analytical platforms and tools.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Financial acumen: Understanding of revenue models, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Communication: Experience of presenting insight to senior decision makers.
