Radley Green is working with a global, PE-owned business seeking a Senior Interim Group Accountant for a transition project.

This role is to start immediately, lasting 3-6 months, paying £600-£700 per day outside IR35.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance professional to:

• Establish a Group Reporting function alongside the Director of Group Reporting
• Transition group reporting processes from the old parent company to a newly separated independent business
• Review, document, and implement all group accounting processes
• Work on the implementation of OneStream – candidates must have excellent system skills

Skills and Experience:

• ACA / CA qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years in a group finance role
• Strong technical accounting skills, including external financial statements and cash flow preparation
• Proficient in OneStream (or another consolidation tool) and advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting systems
• Solid knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, including emerging standards
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
• Collaborative, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Resilient under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Confident, approachable, and personable
