Job summary

Stanton House is seeking a qualified finance professional to join its growing Financial Reporting team. You will lead technical accounting across IFRS 15, consolidations, FX and intercompany, and provide insight for management reports.

The role involves preparing financial statements, supporting half-year and year-end audits, and driving process improvements. ACA/ACCA/CIMA and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills.
• Experience gained in practice, industry, or both.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting and reporting across areas such as IFRS 15, consolidations, FX, intercompany, and share-based payments.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis.
• Support half-year and year-end audits, acting as a key contact for auditors.
• Manage complex balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Lead finance projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
