Job description

A large successful real estate business is looking to recruit an ACA qualified (or equivalent) candidate to join its finance team.

Main duties include:

• Preparation of statutory accounts including all year end journals, balance sheet reconciliations and other audit schedules for group entities
• Assist with preparation of group consolidated accounts
• Liaison with external auditors
• Review of tax computations for audit purposes
• Liaison with tax advisors
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts
• Debt service reporting, including analysis of forward looking
• Liaison with overseas offices and other ad hoc duties

You will be ACA qualified (or equivalent) and this is an ideal role for someone looking for their first move from practice.
