Bridge Group is an agile fast-growing real estate investment firm focused on Central London commercial properties. We specialise in acquiring underperforming buildings and unlocking their value through hands-on asset management and redevelopment. With an expanding portfolio of income-generating and value-add assets, we are looking for a dedicated finance professional to help build scalable financial systems as the group grows.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Group Accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day financial management of our UK entities. This includes bookkeeping, monthly and quarterly reporting, cash flow oversight, investor reporting support, and coordination with external accountants and advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional looking to play a central role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and prepare monthly management accounts

• Support preparation of quarterly investor reports
• Manage VAT returns, loan compliance, and cash flow tracking
• Laise with banks, advisors, and external accountants
• Support modelling and data analysis for acquisitions and financing
• Track and manage rent collections, rent-free periods and service charges
• Handle compliance, KYC, and investor documentation
• Liaise with external auditors and be responsible for the annual audit

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified – OR – proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role
• Experience in property / real estate or investment companies – an advantage
• Proficient in Xero and Excel
• Strong knowledge of FRS 102 – required; familiarity with property accounting is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
