Your new company
Our client is a dynamic and growing international organisation. As they continue to expand, they are committed to enhancing their financial governance and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder transparency.

Your new role
They are seeking a highly capable finance professional to establish and lead their Group Reporting and Planning function. This pivotal role will focus on building a robust consolidated financial reporting framework, coordinating group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering high-quality management insights. Initially project-focused, the role offers the opportunity to evolve into broader business support as the function matures.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or significant QBE with strong Group Accounting experience
  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a group finance environment
  • Proven ability to build consolidation models for P&L, balance sheet, and cashflows
  • Experience with international group consolidations and ERP systems (Access preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data extraction capabilities
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills

What you'll get in return
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a newly established group finance function within a growing international organisation. You'll gain valuable exposure to cross-border operations and play a key role in strategic financial planning and reporting. The position provides a collaborative and supportive working environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the business. In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, there is strong potential for long-term career growth and development as the Group continues to expand. While their preference is for the role to be office-based, they are open to considering flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
