Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is hiring a Groundworks Supervisor for the High Marnham Site, on-site role reporting to the site management team. You will supervise groundworks activities, coordinate operatives, monitor quality, and ensure work is carried out safely to programme.

The ideal candidate holds a CSCS Card, EUSR Level 1 and 2, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, and has a solid understanding of health and safety. Immediate start on site with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Groundworks Supervisory experience required.
• CSCS Card required.
• EUSR Level 1 and EUSR Level 2 required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise groundworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
• Coordinate operatives and monitor quality standards.
• Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements.
• Complete site records and reports as required.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors.
