Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 3/D or above (or Functional Skills at Entry 3+).
• English and Maths GCSE/Functional Skills requirements stated.
• Living in England for the last 3 years and right to work.
• 18+ due to site H&S rules.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and storing building materials on site.
• Clearing debris, vegetation and obstacles from the site.
• Excavating and levelling ground to required depth.
• Marking out foundations and ensuring accurate measurements.
• Digging trenches for foundations and aligning them correctly.
• Installing drainage systems with proper gradients.
• Constructing formwork and smoothing concrete for foundations.
• Piling and temporary retaining walls for excavation work.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and other groundworkers.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and using PPE.
