Job summary

Bridgebank Ltd, a civil engineering and groundwork contractor, is seeking a Groundworker for a full-time on-site role in Leeds. You will perform general groundworks including excavation, trenching, drainage installation, concreting, and site preparation, working to project specifications.

You will also assist with landscaping, reinstatement, and surfacing, operate or work around plant and machinery safely, maintain a clean site, and collaborate with supervisors and plant operators to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of backend groundworks including kerbing/edgings/flagging/drainage/plot finishing, all works completed to a high standard.
• Positive attitude towards Health And Safety on site.
• Hold all relevant tickets and CSCS cards (e.g., 360 dumper roller).

Responsibilities

• Carry out general groundworks such as excavation, trenching, drainage installation, concreting and site preparation to project specifications.
• Assist with landscaping, basic reinstatement and surfacing activities.
• Operate or work around plant and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, plant operators and team to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Role Description

The Groundworker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Leeds.
