Job summary

Atrium Associates Ltd are seeking a Groundworker with a valid dumper ticket to join our site team at Holt NR25. The role covers general groundworks, site preparation and material movement on site under the Site Supervisor’s direction.

The ideal candidate will hold CPCS or NPORS, bring PPE and two references, and be available for the start in W/C 10/09, with on-site parking provided. Long-term, ongoing work with CIS payments at £21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS certification, own PPE, and two references.

Responsibilities

• Operating a site dumper safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out general groundworks and site preparation.
• Moving and transporting soil, rubble, aggregates and other materials around site.
• Loading and tipping materials as directed by the Site Supervisor.
• Assisting with excavation, trenching, drainage and other groundwork activities.
• Supporting other trades and groundworkers when required.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and safe working areas.
• Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting any defects.
• Following all site health & safety procedures and instructions.
