Job summary

Atrium Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Groundworker with a valid Dumper Ticket for a Blofield, Norfolk site. The role includes operating a site dumper, carrying out groundworks and site preparation, and transporting materials around site.

The ideal candidate holds a CPCS or NPORS certificate, has their own PPE, and can provide two references. Parking is available on site; start date is W/C 28/09 and the role is ongoing long-term.

Qualifications

• Experience as Groundworker with valid CPCS/NPORS.
• Own PPE required.
• 2 references provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate site dumper safely and efficiently.
• Carry out general groundworks and site preparation.
• Move soil, rubble, aggregates and materials around site.
• Load and tip materials as directed by Site Supervisor.
• Assist with excavation, trenching, drainage and other groundwork activities.
• Support other trades and groundworkers when required.
• Maintain clean, safe working areas.
• Complete daily pre-start checks and report defects.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Job Description

• Operating a site dumper safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out general groundworks and site preparation.
• Moving and transporting soil, rubble, aggregates and other materials around site.
• Loading and tipping materials as directed by the Site Supervisor.
• Assisting with excavation, trenching, drainage and other groundwork activities.
• Supporting other trades and groundworkers when required.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and safe working areas.
• Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting any defects.
• Following all site health & safety procedures and instructions.

Job Location: Blofield, Norfolk

Rate: £21.00 ph via CIS

Duration: Ongoing - long term

Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS ; own PPE; 2 x references

Parking: On-site parking available
