As the Roller Driver, you will play a crucial role in the success of our groundworks operations. Your primary responsibility will be the skillful operation of the roller, ensuring effective compaction and preparation of surfaces for construction. Alongside this, you'll have the chance to demonstrate your versatility by assisting with various groundworks tasks and supporting the team on the ground as needed. Experience in new build groundworks will set you apart, and additional experience in general groundworks will be highly regarded.
