Job Description:

We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers and Skilled Groundworker Subcontractor Gangs for a range of nationwide construction projects and civil engineering projects.

Location: Nationwide

Rate: Competitive - Negotiable (Individual or Gang Rates)

Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term projects

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Operation of 360 Excavators, Forward Tipping Dumpers and Ride-on Rollers
• Installing drainage systems (deep and shallow)
• Excavating and concreting foundations
• Beam and block floor installation
• Laying paving slabs, kerbs and hard landscaping
• Reading and interpreting site drawings and levels
• Following all health & safety procedures to a high standard
• Valid CPCS or NPORS for 360 Excavator (above & below 10T), Dumper & Roller
• Demonstrable experience across all listed groundwork tasks
• Own tools, transport and PPE (if applying as a subcontractor gang)
• Full UK Driving licence preferred
• Willingness to travel for nationwide work
