Job summary

Teamforce Labour is seeking an experienced Groundworker for a major civil engineering project in Shepherd's Bush, West London. You will join a site team, perform drainage, kerbing, concreting and other groundworks, and operate a Forward Tipping Dumper where trained.

Applicants must hold Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – Groundworker NVQ Level 2 Diploma, and CPCS or NPORS; a valid Safety Critical Medical and full PPE are essential. Driving licence is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Groundworker on civil or construction sites.
• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – Groundworker NVQ Level 2 Diploma is required.
• CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper qualification is essential.
• Valid Safety Critical Medical is essential.
• Full PPE and a valid UK driving licence (beneficial) helps.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general groundworks including drainage, kerbing and concreting.
• Assist with drainage, ducting, excavations and reinstatement works.
• Work safely and in line with site health and safety procedures.
• Operate a Forward Tipping Dumper safely where trained.
• Collaborate with site management and other trades to meet programme.

Teamforce Labour is currently looking for experienced Groundworkers for upcoming works in Shepherd's Bush, West London, W12.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering contractors on a major project.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Previous experience working as a Groundworker within civil engineering or construction
• Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card – Groundworker NVQ Level 2 Diploma
• CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper – Essential
• Valid Safety Critical Medical – Essential
• Good experience in drainage, kerbing, concreting, ducting and general groundworks
• Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Full valid UK Driving Licence – Beneficial
• Full PPE
