Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking 2 Groundworkers for a housing site in Arlesey, Bedfordshire. You will work on externals, remedials, curbing, edging and slabbing as part of a gang, with a preference for those who have a Dumper or Roller ticket in addition to a CSCS card.

Applicants must have at least 3 years’ experience on construction sites, be able to provide 2 recent references, and be ready for a early start (7:30am) to 4:30pm shifts, with 8.5 paid hours per day. Weekly pay on Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years' experience working as a Groundworker on other construction projects.
• CSCS card is required; a Dumper or Roller ticket is helpful if held.
• Candidates should bring basic GW tools (shovel, tape measure) and be able to work as part of a gang.

Responsibilities

• Externals, remedials work, curbing, edging and slabbing on housing sites.
• Must be part of a gang and able to operate groundworking tools as needed.

What is required for the position?

Tickets: CSCS Required - Dumper or Roller ticket is helpful too

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Groundworker on other construction projects

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Job role:

2x Groundworkers to be part of a gang on a housing sites - Externals, remedials work, curbing, edging, slabbing - good if they have dumper or roller between them - must have some tools (shovel, tape measure etc general GWs tools)

Pay:

£23 / Per Hour

8.5 Hours Paid Per Day

Weekly pay on a Friday

Working hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm
