Job summary

Enable Resourcing Limited is recruiting experienced Groundworkers for upcoming highways and civils projects across Scotland. Work will be under a Tier 1 principal contractor with long-term continuity on established sites.

You will handle general groundworks, operate in teams, and contribute to safe, efficient site operations on a long-term programme of works in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Dumper & Roller tickets (CPCS or NPORS).
• Ability to work safely and productively behind Traffic Management.
• Streetworks (NRSWA) – advantageous.
• Reliable, team-focused approach.

Location: Scotland (Central Belt & surrounding areas)
