Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and horticulture, with a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with various hand and power tools, as well as experience in repairs and maintenance. The Groundskeeper will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of our grounds, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the environment.

A one bedroom accommodation is available. Full time position, hours and days to be discussed.

Duties

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and beds.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and machinery for various tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks to uphold the quality of outdoor spaces, buildings and paths.
• Implement gardening techniques that promote healthy plant growth and sustainability.
• Using DIY skills for repairs and maintenance.
