Job summary

Verdant Parks is seeking a Grounds & Site Maintenance Team Member at Ballintuim, near Blairgowrie. You will maintain gardens, play areas, and public spaces to a high standard while keeping facilities tidy and safe for guests.

You will work outdoors in all weathers with practical tasks like siting caravans, decking repairs, mowing, and path maintenance. A valid driving licence helps; joinery or landscaping skills are a bonus, and there are development opportunities within our park network.

Qualifications

Our Grounds & Site Maintenance team are the hands-on heroes of the park keeping everything safe, tidy, and looking its best. From well-kept gardens and play areas to holiday homes, decking, and facilities, you’ll make sure our guests enjoy a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. Whether it’s siting caravans, fixing decking, mowing lawns, or keeping paths clear, no two days are the same.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Maintaining all grounds, gardens, play areas, and public spaces to a high standard

We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. Experience in a similar maintenance or grounds role is ideal, but if you’ve got the right attitude and are quick to learn, we’ll give you the support you need. Skills such as joinery, plumbing, or landscaping are a big advantage. You’ll need to be organised, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in all weathers. A valid driving licence is essential.
