Position: Grounds Contracts Manager
Salary: £28,500 per year
Requirements:
Must be able to drive (vehicle provided)
Direct line management experience of multiple grounds maintenance operatives across designated area
Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Grounds Operations Supervisor to oversee and support our grounds maintenance teams across the Bury St Edmunds area. The ideal candidate will ensure that all grounds works are completed to uphold high standards and that teams have safe working equipment, PPE, and all required checks are completed and recorded.
