Job summary

Grounds Maintenance Operative required in Lichfield to join a well-established Midlands contractor delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance across sites. You will cut grass, trim hedges, prune trees, and assist with pond maintenance and weed control while adhering to safety standards.

A valid UK driving licence is essential and CSCS is desirable with training provided. The role offers a permanent contract, company vehicle for travel from the depot, ongoing training, and progression

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of grounds maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• CSCS Card desirable; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting with pedestrian and ride-on mowers.
• Hedge and tree pruning.
• Weed control and spraying; pond and lake maintenance.
• Re-barking and general landscape maintenance.
