Job summary

Glendale (UK) Limited is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Weybridge to provide a professional grounds maintenance service. The role requires knowledge of garden maintenance and operation of both ride-on and pedestrian machinery, plus a practical understanding of turf care and landscaping tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general grounds maintenance tasks and horticultural operations.
• Ability to operate ride-on and pedestrian machinery safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of grounds using ride-on and pedestrian mowers.
• Hedge trimming, shrub bed maintenance, planting, strimming and blowing.
• Hard surface maintenance and tree maintenance tasks as required.
• Carrying out groundsman duties and ensuring team instructions are followed.
• Input and update site visit data in Glendale Live 2.0 system.
