Job summary

Gould Landscapes Ltd is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee daily operations across multiple sites. The role combines hands-on tasks with team leadership and travel between sites, including regular trips to Manchester.

You will ensure high standards of grounds maintenance, safety, and efficiency, while coaching your team and coordinating with management to deliver outstanding service. Salary around £28,000 per year plus a monthly bonus; hours vary seasonally.

Job description

We are looking for experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders to join our team. Salary is £28,000 per annum plus monthly bonus scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week March to October and 30 hours per week November to February. Includes regular travel to Manchester. The role involves travelling between multiple sites according to a daily schedule, ensuring grounds are maintained to the highest standard while supporting and guiding your team. Key Responsibilities:
