Grounds Maintenance Team Leader (Sidcup)

Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Bromley

Hourly Rate: £13.24

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30

About the Role

Join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, where you'll be responsible for grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more. Based in Bromley, you will maintain various local grounds for our client and support a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements
  • A can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Previous grounds maintenance experience is required
  • A full valid UK driving license is essential
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are essential
