Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Loughborough

Annualised hours: 40 hours per week

Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• A confident individual with good people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT skills.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

A glimpse into the role:

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance.
• Take responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, productivity, managing interactions with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely, ensuring regular checks and maintenance are recorded.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
