Full Time Permanent 40 Hours Per Week

Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• A confident person with good people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving license.
• PA1 & PA6 certification is desirable.
• Awareness of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

A Glimpse into the Role

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance.
• Take responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, managing breaks, and dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate company and hired vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, ensuring daily checks and routine servicing are performed and recorded.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
