Qualifications

  • Certifications PA1 et PA6 souhaitées.
  • Permis de conduire complet et propre préféré.

Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Burton Upon Trent

Annualised hours: 40 hours per week

Who are you?
  • Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
  • A confident leader with good people management skills.
  • Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
  • Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Full, clean driving license preferred.
  • PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Reliable, conscientious, and proactive.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance.
  • Manage on-site works, including scheduling, productivity, and dealing with the public and visitors.
  • Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
  • Operate and oversee company vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Supervisor.
