Qualifications

Who are you?
  • Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
  • A confident individual with good people management skills.
  • Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic.
  • Experienced in operating a wide variety of small engine machinery.
  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Full, clean driving licence is essential.
  • PA1 & PA6 certifications are desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
  • Reliable, conscientious, and capable of working on your own initiative.
A glimpse into the role awaiting you
  • Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
  • Take responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, managing breaks, and interacting with the public, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain workforce discipline.
  • Operate company and hired vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, ensuring daily checks and routine servicing are completed and recorded.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
