Who are you?

Skilled in grounds maintenance operations with awareness of all Health and Safety legislation.

Supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous.

A full clean UK driving license is required, as you may operate ride-on mowers and drive company vehicles or tow trailers.

Certification in PA1 & PA6 is desirable.

A glimpse into the role awaiting you

Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in managing programmed maintenance effectively.

Lead by example in grounds maintenance work.

Manage security of vehicles, plant, and equipment.

Complete daily check sheets and paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

Support and guide the service delivery team, e.g., grounds maintenance operatives.

Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels.
