• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
• Take responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, managing breaks, and dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate and oversee the use of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and routine servicing are recorded.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
