Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Chester

Annualised hours: 40 hours per week

Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• A confident individual with good people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced with small engine machinery.
• Good IT skills.
• Full, clean driving license required.
• PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

A glimpse into your role

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance.
• Manage site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, ensuring routine checks and servicing are recorded.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor. During summer months, work will primarily be on the Airbus Aerodrome (Airside).

• Medical clearance for working airside
