Job summary

VIVID is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to supervise on-site teams across North Hampshire, including visits to the Basingstoke office for training. You will plan tools and equipment, follow standard routines, and adapt to unplanned events while ensuring quality and value for money.

The role includes ad hoc tasks like washing line work, line marking, and graffiti removal. A company tablet and phone will support reporting and inspections, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (1+ year) and trailer licence.
• Previous experience leading grounds maintenance teams on-site.
• Willing to travel across North Hampshire and attend training at Basingstoke.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and delegate to grounds maintenance operatives on site.
• Plan and organise tools and equipment for maintenance work.
