Job summary

Ipsum is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operator to join our team across central Scotland, including Glasgow and Ayrshire. The role focuses on delivering high-quality grounds maintenance for a variety of clients, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will work in teams to perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting care and weed control, using ride-on and pedestrian mowers and other equipment, while adhering to health and safety policies. Driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Experience with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters.
• Good health and safety awareness.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Work within teams to deliver all aspects of grounds maintenance.
• Routine garden maintenance, grass cutting, hedge trimming and weed spraying.
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery in line with Health & Safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer care and quality workmanship.
• Follow Ipsum Drainage (Scotland) Limited Health & Safety policy.
• Carry out other duties as reasonably expected of the role.
