• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Driving license with ability to tow trailers is essential.

Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Templepatrick, Northern Ireland

Hourly Rate: £12.21 to £13.00 (Dependent on Experience)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full Time

About the role

We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Templepatrick. You will maintain several local grounds in excellent condition through activities such as grass cutting using ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking, and other horticultural duties. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required
• Full valid UK manual driving licence is essential, with the ability to tow trailers (B E)
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable
