Qualifications

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake grounds maintenance including mowing large areas and hedge trimming.

Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative Stafford

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Commercial team at working on a variety of sites across the region.

Who are you?

Applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence. Experience in driving light commercial vehicles and towing trailers is desirable. Reliability, conscientiousness, a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently are essential. Previous experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, and use of handheld machinery is desirable, but full training will be provided.

Role Responsibilities

  • Undertaking grounds maintenance, including mowing large grassed areas, strimming, blowing, line marking, and renovation.
  • Hedge trimming, general shrub bed maintenance, sports markings, hedge cutting, and hard surface spraying.
