Job title: Grounds Maintenance Operative (Part-Time)

Location: QE Hospital - Kings Lynn

Hourly rate: £12.21
Contract type: Permanent, Part-Time

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 25 hours (shifts to be agreed with manager)

About the role

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, litter picking and bin cleansing - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and you'll be doing them all. As part of our team in Kings Lynn, you will keep grounds of QE Hospital in wonderful condition. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

  1. Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, including the use of handheld equipment and ride on mowers.
  2. A full valid UK driving licence is but not essential.
  3. Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
  4. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  5. Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
  6. PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
