Egis Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance (L&E) Operative for the M40 corridor in the UK. The role covers essential environmental and landscaping tasks, including grass cutting, tree work and pond management. Night shifts may be required and training will be provided to qualify for high-speed road work.
You will join the Landscape and Ecology team, promoting health, safety and environmental awareness while maintaining safe working practices and accurate documentation.

Join our dedicated Landscape and Ecology team responsible for maintaining the 123km stretch of the M40 motorway.
As a Grounds Maintenance (L&E) Operative, you will carry out essential environmental and landscaping tasks to ensure the safety, sustainability, and visual quality of the motorway corridor. This role includes night shifts and may involve additional duties for which you are suitably trained.
You will be required to complete and pass the Lantra hierarchy of courses to qualify for work on high-speed roads and to perform landscaping and ecology tasks to a high standard. Training will be provided as needed.
