Job description

Grounds Maintenance Operative – Honiton

Our client is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to perform tasks such as strimming, landscaping, grass cutting, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance. You will work in teams and be responsible for a variety of outdoor grounds maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in grounds maintenance (preferred)
• Ability to work safely with equipment and hand tools (e.g., strimmers, backpack blowers, push mowers)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Full, clean driving license (preferred)
• Teamwork and reliability
• Conscientious with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently
• CSCS card

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, with some weekend overtime paid at premium rates.

Pay:

• PAYE positions with accrued holiday pay from day one
• Weekly pay
